A futa is a woman with a dick. If a man becomes a futa, he has become a woman because he now has a female body - plus a dick.

Teddie IS genderbent at first, he has incredibly obvious tits, but he also seems to have a dick - so it's futa as well. Actually, I just read the text and at first Teddy keeps referring to being a girl, so definitely genderswapped - and I'm quite sure (someone better at Japanese can confirm or deny) that he says "even though I'm a girl" and then mentions something to do with a dick, which strongly implies futa (as opposed to that being the MC's 7 foot dick coming out between Teddie's thighs).
