Simple, short, cool, nice story to me. But artwork kinda rough? Or it's just me too used to seeing tons of screen tones?

Yeah, the artwork leaves a LOT to be desired honestly.

Looking at his Pixiv page though, it seems to be a pattern with his doujin's honestly. The doujins look beyond odd but just plain images don't look bad at all usually.
