Decided to scan this as this is really short.
This doujinshi has one beast of a title.

I've received some feedback on IRC that her tits are too huge so you are definately not alone in your opinion.

In some of the drawings, her nipples are placed too "high" on her breasts as in image #4. In comparison, image #5 has the nipples nicely placed.
