Because the pairing of Shinji/Rei from Neon Genesis Evangelion is much more normal and less awkward right? I don't see anyone posting their objections in all doujins related to that pairing and it is a lot worse due to the fact that:

B)they ARE related by blood since she was created via cloning
C) Rei not having any sort of personality

Why is it that when anyone shows support for Dante X Trish,somebody always has to chime in on the fact that she looks like his mother?! No, what I consider extremely awkward is the whole Dante X Vergil twincest yaoi that has engulfed the fandom yet I don't hear people complaining about that. At least Trish is not related to Dante via blood since Mundus did not use human cloning to create her and instead powerful magic therefore it is not incest.

If Dante is not some shallow ass moron,he can see past that and realize that Trish and his mother are nothing alike.
