Dowman Sayman does indeed tell some very strange stories, but he also generally tells some very *good* stories too. Demon Mountain, Falling Asleep, My Sister's Vigil are my favorites.

Though for this one, I am a bit confused to whether the girl was luring the boy in as another potential murder victim (albeit justified with the molester), or with the benign intent to just have some secret naughty fun with him. Guess it could be interpreted either way...?

Also, it might have been even funnier if the bipedal dog was looking over the hedge at the post office to see a UFO flying above it ;) .
