Well considering this is a chinese scan, translating something that has already been translated doesn't usually go over to well.
On top of that that RAW of this that actually is available is crap (low res + crap scan).

If someone actually got a hi-res scan of this you may see it in english. I don't think I could be the one to fund it though. I'm so backed up on things that I need translated it's not even funny at this point. Plus I keep funding scans.
