I don't think she's(I'm assuming the redheaded one, considering the other looks completely like the traditional succubi) supposed to be a harpy, considering the horns, so unless the dialogue, title or artist/publisher claims so, it should probably be changed.
Without any dialogue to go on, I'd think she was a lesser succubus, they are often more furry(think goat-ish like the horns).
