I got it from hongfire. I don't have the link right now, but it's easy to find if you use the japanese name.

Man, this game is very good! The CG you already get that is good, but the sound is outstanding. In all h-scenes you have sex sounds, including moaning. The girl's voice actress is good too.

And even though I didn't understand, it seemed to have a good story. The male protagonist is not a pussy either. I will not say more to spoil, find yourself.
