Like with the first such gallery (/g/327223/6485fafad4/), this doujinshi was done as a gift to the SakuHina FC at the NarutoFan forum, done once again by the person known as "SWJ," the person known as "pet" posted them to the members once again as well.

Unfortunately these were the only pictures that were released that I could find. I do not know if the rest of this has been released and if it was on NarutoFan or elsewhere.
