I saw a doujin once where Saito was an extremely perverted and ugly/fat otaku when he was summoned, so I'm kinda curious if this is a parody on that, or if this is a parody in general of the "perverted creepy otaku" theme I've seen go around.

Fakku doesn't, as far as I can tell, force anyone to stay with them or work under their name. It is, however, easier to go to them and ask for translations, or RAWs, because of their rather large community online.

"RedJamm from Fakku!" simply means it's the user RedJamm and that the site they are using that name at is Fakku. They could be known as something else on other sites. If you want, you can list someone else as "<X> from HentaiFromHell" or "<Y> from LittleWhiteButterflies" or "<Z> from <InsertTranslationGroupHere>" if it makes you feel better.
