oh god, it's Franken Fran, this is not going to end well for anyone other than herself( for those who haven't read the manga she a mad scientist/ world renown surgeon she's like an evil genie, she does grant your wish but usually in a way that will leave you in a state were you would rather be dead or just straights up bites you in the ass(when a politician comes to her to have her save his son who was in a horrible car accident she basically attached him to the back of his head)
