Not really hentai. There are maybe boobs in it.. But Cartoons, toons and manga can have boobs in them without being sexual :v Even though its a sexual story... its not really fitting as a "Misc" but more as a Non-H since its not showing either vagina or penises.

The story is very worthreading. Can read slowly to taste every character and their feelings.
I agree that although there is nudity, there is not with very heavy sex content.
That artist in the First Chapter was right, too some level this is a sexual story but it is also a story about true human nature.
I am still reading it, slowly.
