Very nice art, and one of the few that I find the plot intriguing. I caught the gist of it, like what zac_pro said, but would like a few details answered, hopefully those who understood japanese can help?

1) The few scenes at the start, was it how the guy and girl first met?
2) How/why did the affair stop? Because the guy returned? What about the spec-guy? Any idea what he was talking about on the phone near the end? Just seems a little curious that it this was a typical NTR story, the spec-guy would have gotten the girl.
3) What was the girl thinking and saying to the guy at the end? Did they get married?
4) The page with a bunch text right before the picture with the baby. I caught something about abortion and danger period there, am I right?

But NTR is a genre need rage factor to arouse our D*CK . So even for a good NTR story with realistic behave of characters tend to have some ultra brainless moment and it repeat to a certain degree. In this story the rage factor is the beta boyfriend act like a saint.
