Personally, I dont think it's the chin. What I see is that she has a long and round face that is further exaggerated by the hair/wig being straight and so close to her face. That's just what I notice though. Whatever it is, I definitely think that the costuming is well done, but the cosplayer looks a little strange somehow (I do not doubt that she is a girl though).
