This was called Legend of the Overfiend 2 in the US if I'm not mistaken. Purpose of the death-rape machine was extracting blood as...a sacrifice. Never understood my self though.

Yeah I don't think it was ever explained what the machine was for. Hell I don't even think that there was a "Demon's Womb" mentioned in the movie other than that being the title.
