Those little dots (mostly apparent in pages 21-26) were actually present in the printed material. As such, I had no desire to remove them during editing, although I understand why you'd want to.

As for removing them, I'm sure it could be done in any image editing application. It wouldn't be difficult--just tedious and time-consuming.
