The blacks in this version were brought out closer to true black, whites weren't adjusted on the front/back covers and more dirt. The old one had whites cleaned for every page but black is probably 20-30 levels off. There's dirt on different places where it wasn't cleaned (pg 15 white space for example), so most likely not from the same source scan.
