What happens here is clear, I get the fetish and this is POV. Her kiss actually charms and I guess here happend one of two things.

1.- You end willing offering as a snack
2.- You try to get closer to her as in love but on trance, but you happend to get stuck in her sandwitch.

This is what happened
You (the reader) are the guest on a picnic. She kisses you and you start to get smaller. Somehow you end up on top of her sandwich. She doesn't notice you and eats you with the sandwich.
