@evildark2. Short answer, because EcchiEnzo is someone who can't take criticism well. Long answer, because he can't take Critcisim well, and because he's also somewhat of a money hungry bastard, some of his commissioned work is only available to the people who asked for it and paid for it, and for everyone else he censors it.

Actually, I can vouch for 10,11, & 14. They're because of Tatsuki and Orihime. As Enzo's popularity went up, the Deviantart mods and watchdogs put his work under a lot more scrutiny, particular when it comes to "underage" bs. Despite the fact that there's a whole slew of characters who look as young or younger than those two, Tats and Hime are physically under 18 or 21, whichever's more prevalent. I saw two of them show up in full glory and promptly get ripped down because of the underage nonsense. I should know, I commissioned two of them (and many of the uncensored ones).

Wasn't because of criticism at all, in those three cases, but because DA had a hissy fit and pulled some laughable double standard. Enzo's been playing it safe with the characters classified as "underage" ever since.

$20 is considered a high/exorbitant price for a full-resolution copy? Can't really comment on the matter since I never really paid attention, much less go out of my way to compare download prices. I won't deny that he'd be likely to enjoy a greater demand if he took the price down some, but I wouldn't know by how far before it becomes counterproductive.

He also splits profits with his brother who does all the backgrounds and coloring and effects (as opposed to his non-Ecchi profile), so there's a factor that would ramp things up a little. AW08 does a damned fine job of it too

I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt because he's a friendly guy and a good friend when you get to know him, but on the other hand, I can converse with him about the pricing issue if you all really want me to.

You could get entire art sets from people for $20. I'm sure many of the doujinshis posted on this site cost around or less than $20. I can't blame the guy for wanting to make a buck, and he does do some real quality work, but $20 for a single image is just way too much.
