Fair enough, but do you really think YOU don´t inflict damage to the publishers by scanning their magazines? You don´t seriously believe by just waiting for 3-4 days that you avoid damaging them. Maybe the "big rush" will be over by then, but I think there are plenty that just wait, because they know they will (most likely) get what they want from the internet. You can´t be that naive, can you?!
Dude, I appreciate what scanlators like you do, because I can´t buy these magazines due to various reasons (restrictions in my country, money etc.) and it is certainly not right what marconii2002 did, but are you as the actual scanlator free of guilt? I don´t think so.

Still it doesn´t change the fact that piracy hurts (at least in most cases) whoever wants to release sth. I don´t think the fact that CD sales have been drastically shrinking as of late are only due to online stores offering albums in digitalised form, but due to the fact that you can get your music from various resources "for free". Just to clarify sth, I am/was guilty of the same thing in other fields, not supporting producers, publishers etc. by not buying their products, but I simply could´t let uploader off the hook that way (while I now have the opportunity to redeem myself, steady income saves the day). I think he/she makes it a little bit too easy for him/herself by just releasing it later and trying to free him/herself from blame, because let´s be honest here: even one or two months aren´t that long.
