The "girl" is a trap. It's right there in the title - the 男の娘 part.
"She" also says lines to that effect.

Excellent, except... I really wish the two guys' dialogues were more clearly marked as separate. Either give them separate text boxes, or add an extra space between their lines, or mark them with different colors... come on, this isn't difficult, and it makes it much more easily readable (and translateable).
