I'd like to think she a short while after recovered from her wounds due to her being a vampire and from that possessing an abundant, potent healing/recovery factor.

The idea of a sequel to the game, an interacrive cartoon game, would be welcoming. Where the villains make a return and wants to enact revenge on Lance. Given of course the people who worked on the original game were teaming up again to make a sequel.
