Author's name is actually 'Asai You(あさいゆう)', shown as an alternative name at mugi information, not 'Asai Hiroshi(あさいひろし)'. As far as I know, they (author are husband and wife) don't use name 'Hiroshi', (at least) when working as commercial manga artist.
Already, many people voted up artist tag 'Asai Hiroshi', I don't think it's right.
EDIT: @Doomdragon2 info on mugi is inaccurate. I hope you will search and check author's name at some other website not only mugi. If you have some time, try to search or translate a word 'ラッキー' .I think you can find it's not 'Luck' but 'Lucky'. btw, the word 'Luck' is 'ラック', not 'ラッキー', if it is converted to Japanese script.
EDIT2: the website I wrote above (dmm.co.jp) is selling contents under licence or permission from publisher or author officially (like dlsite.com). At that site, author's name is written also in hiragana, beside kanji name '浅井裕'. If the name is actually 'Hiroshi', it will be written as 'あさいひろし', but it's written as 'あさいゆう'.
Everyone (especially voting up artist tag), which info do you think more trustworthy, info at officially licenced site, or info edited by people who can't write title proprely?
