don't think i'd call this NTR. jinta shows no interest in her and it's implied that he turned her down when she confessed to him. in fact the last panel of the 16th page sort of gives the impression that her boss might have felt pity for her and had sex with her to console her instead of just because she's hot like in the beginning.

i guess some people might consider it NTR if a girl has sex with somebody else even if the person they like doesn't feel anything for her but i consider there to be a need for the people to have some sort of obligation to each other for it to be NTR.
