Gender bender story?

I don't understand one bit of it, but I know it has potential...

If it's name is "TS Syndrome" is the name, it's likely Gender Bender(TS as in Transexual, I've noticed lots of japanese sites use it to describe all gender bender, though it commonly refers to 'shemales' or post-ops here). And even without 'process' of any kind, we can make that guess by the way things play out(looks like the guy in 'sporty sunglasses' gets TGed at one point, and most importantly, the first pic implies the main character was a guy.
