So now that I actually could read some of it, there's some "ia ia, cthulhu f'tagn" text, and the fat tentacle going into Patchouli is Koakuma (red text), or what she's turned into anyway, and later she's about to be born from inside Patchouli, but gets this great plan to eat her first to... I don't know, be a healthier little demon spawn? So the last page is essentially Koa eating Patchy, with eating sounds in red text "mogu mogu, umai" (om nom, tasty) and Patchy protesting before thinking her last thoughts, which are about she thinking it's all an illusion or a dream, and how she'll spend the day in the library with Koa as usual; repeating the words in her mind until everything fades to black,

I personally could have lived without this information, but what's done is done. If I had the time and skill, I might translate it all, as this even has textless images.
