Didn't read the whole thing, but he orders a call girl to help him with his first time and confuses sex for love. At the end Sanae says he doesn't have to be sad since he can just pay her to come back anytime.

Actually, despite the title being about Sanae doing her own "delivery health" service, she makes no mention of payment anywhere in the book. In the end, she tells him he doesn't have to be sad because he can just call her again and she'll come back at any time.
