No, it's Suguha's. Sugou gets busted at the end of the story and Kirito sees the news report saying the people in a coma are waking up. He ends up going back to Asuna but Suguha got pregnant and is now a single mother.

As I said in the chinese version, being Suguha is suffering, even in AU doujins.
