I dunno WTF you're talking about. Here's what actually happens:

Agil decides not to inform Kirito about Asuna trapped in the game because he can't tell if it really is Asuna and he doesn't want to get Kirito's hopes up.

Kirito never enters ALO because of that. Mr. Asshole prepares to marry Asuna and sends out wedding invitations even though she's in a coma, just like the anime.

However, Mr. Assholes inhuman experiments were found out, and the company and game is shut down. How could he get away with holding 300 brains hostage anyway?

Asuna wakes up, and we get that bike scene where Kirito goes to meet her, just like the anime. Sure, he's leaving Sugu to do it but...

Sugu has his child, and they meet again in ALO (or the ALO+SAO combo), and it's implied that the story line then merges with the anime again, where they find out that they've been together along and get together again.
