This is just sad. Both for the comic and the artist. I've seen some pretty bad vore. The Working Hard comic by Mamabliss was sad, but this one is far worse! I don't mind incest stuff. Honestly how much you're gonna get off on this depends on just how you view vore, and why you like it as a fetish. For some people it's about the depravity, or LACK of morals. For others it's just a submission thing. There other reasons. Incest, too, adds several factors to consider, so when you mix the two you are gonna get a pretty niche thing, although I guarantee that these comments might be very slightly different if the son had been willing. To me the sexiest part of this comic (and most good vore) is the interaction between predator and prey; in this case, the mom's casual, playful, "loving" comments towards her son as she eats and digests him. Physically, sexually, mentally, (and sometimes even spiritually) Vore done for no other reason than the predator's pleasure is the ultimate act of domination. It is both terrifying and arousing.

The horror aspect of vore is why implied vore is so effective (and common). In this comic, Sam's fate (which was probably also Kenji's dad's fate) and the general mysterious nature of Kenji's mom play towards that. She is alluring because we KNOW she's dangerous, even if it hasn't been shown outright.

Now, none of this means that non-fatal vore is bad. It just usually doesn't "kick" as hard because there's no suspense or fear, and it requires suspesion of disbelief for whatever mechanism is keeping the prey alive (whether it's magically safe stomach acid, or they just reform afterwards, or whatever).
