@BlorgAlmighty: The biggest difference in your analogy of a restaurant and this is that you have to pay for the crap in a restaurant while this is free. If you had paid for this then you bet you'd have a valid reason to complain and sue. It's really irksome to see so much negativity in many of Cg's releases while any mildly positive comments get nuked by down votes. This guy scanlates as a hobby. While his works are poor of quality, some people do read them. There are people who defend Cg not because they think his releases are amazing but rather just thankful they're getting an English release where there are none.

If you found his releases to be an eyesore then the best course is to ignore them. It's not as if his releases will deter any scanlator from releasing a better quality version.
