I suppose u need to upgrade to Sexlab,and use SOS too, and add a better texture pack and lightning mod. Try to use an ENB or the Imaginator if its too much... and lastly, check your females, saw a bad texturing/darkening on her. upgrade shadows or remove them also, and try to get Matchc Maker or Lover Hook/comfort...
