If you can prove that you are the artist then you can claim the gallery entirely. Not my fault you didn't clarify that from the get-go.

@Maximum_Joe: No it doesn't. I checked your submissions and out of 569 of them only one has been expunged. Easy to say law of the jungle when you camp the vigilante section of the forum and use it as your weapon. I've seen you report a gallery, get it expunged, then immediately reupload said gallery under your name.

Not that anything will be done about this sort of thing since by the nature of the system you have a huge amount of vote points and friends who have a lot of their own. You can and have shut down a gallery with 2-3 people; easy when all of them add 30-40 "points" to the expunge percentage.

If the art owner like @hentaikuti is posting here, shouldn't there be some mechanics to help endorse them and have their galleries featured in a way, maybe even chipping in to ad revenue? Would also solve a little of that law of the jungle club problem.
