I managed to dig up the artist's old website with archive.org (Though I still have no idea what they called themselves.) I can confirm that yes the author is not Japanese and therefore it should be classified as Western (They said the Japanese script was mostly "stolen from the pages of ero-manga tankobon.")
And yes I am aware the English title does not match the Japanese name. That's what they had it listed as on their site.
*edit* @Maximum_Joe
Given that they complained about the elections around 2004 and George Bush and said things like "George Bush nation of ours," I'm pretty sure they were American.
I think all else that's left is to figure out if it needs to be classified as rape (The artist said "as close as I'd ever get to a 'rape' scenario") and whether the drink should count as drunk or drugged or both.

I'm partly guessing with the title, it makes no sense to me so it's probably wrong or something really obscure (Or a typo.) If this rings any bells for anyone, by all means submit something to rename it.
I can't remember the name of the artist unfortunately, these pictures are from 2002 (Probably older, that's just the oldest date I have.) I think they had a site called Operation Colony Drop? (No overlap with any popular franchises there...)
I have no idea if the artist was Japanese because of the way they go back and forth between the languages. As such I don't even know if it should be classified as a Doujinshi or Western.
*edit* @Thira Oh, do you know the artist's name?
Ikimasu would certainly make a lot more sense, but they left out the き and it's unusual (Though not unheard of) to use the katakana ハ as a particle. If we assume it's wrong, what's the policy on titles that are typos?
*2/17/14* And Joe, I'm telling you there's absolutely no evidence of that. Attending one Japanese class and copying some Japanese from other doujins does not make you Asian! I think the burden of proof here is clearly on someone else to establish that the author was a [recent] Asian immigrant to the US and not a native. And the fact that they identify as an American has to count against them in this regard, doesn't it? (And how long do you count as an immigrant, anyway? Do you stop qualifying for the Doujinshi tag at some point?) :P
@Zexar That's because these pics weren't drawn by a Japanese. Maybe, the author menat the title "Sayla-san wa Ikimasu!!!"
Edit: I don't know the author's name. But, reason why the author did use wrong Japanese (not only on the title, but also in lines) is, he wasn't Japanese.
It's possible the user was Chinese or Korean, etc. hence the lousy Japanese. I see no reason to assume this is of non-Asian origin at this time.
Update: He doesn't have to be Japanese BTW, any type of Asian counts. I'm still of the mind that he emigrated or something so I see no hard evidence to move this to Western.
