Rouge entered Frozen Factory, Zeena sended her robots to attack, Rouge defeated them, both were about to fight until Zeena trapped Rouge with a robotic tentacles-monster, Rouge taunted Zeena by enjoying the monster which somehow made Zeena horny and accidentally allowed them(the remaining robots) to fuck her too, Zeena thought that would be Rouge to be pregnant, but... SHE was herself the one to be pregnant, Rouge changed into an hermaphrodite... that's pretty much it.
