Unlike the first series, this OVA was really really fun. New director is Kaneko Hiraku of Seikon no Qwaser and Manyuu Hikenchou fame. Dude might be a tits maniac but he sure knows how to make a show fun. The new character designs by the fantastic Takami Akio, of course.
