There's a short chapter that is chronologically first in the series called She is Satou-san.

Otherwise, you're correct. Fetishist Setsuko-san comes before "Bride Setsuko-san", followed by "Niiduma Setsuko-san" and "She is Setsuko-san" is the last chapter.
