I don't know much about Japanese, but according to what a few people who know a bit about it, apparently the guy in here is actually Menma, or at least, it's what they believe. I'm sure it was meant to be left ambiguous, notice how the guy never speaks; I'm pretty sure this is the first time, Naruto is always talking, it's proably because no one knows Menma's "Real" way of talking.

Also I'm so disappointed that Hinata only has 4 pages despite on the cover, but oh well, she was already here before I suppose. Although that extra drawing at the end was nice, I really wanna know what it says, I hope it's translated quickly
