Sakuya have near full control over time and space, speeding up time and stopping time on a concentrated level is no problem for her.

But... neither is erasing people from time and space, destroying timelines, seeing if she have a bad time in another timeline and do something about it, or teleporting. Here's the plot hole. And she's more than strong enough physically to break chains. And drugs won't work on her either.
