According to Vol 1. , page 16 - -
Dai Tengoo said that aya once fell in love with a human being very long time ago.
(But she also imply that it could be a single sided feeling in the next page. The author wrote it in a very ambiguous way.)
And in the end of this Vol , Aya said that she had not noticed how the chat with the boy would change her in the near future.

By the way , there is no Eng translation here ; yet there is a Chinese translation in other place .
However , there is a little neta about the boy ;
his name is くれは(kureha) , which could represent "the red leaves" - - and that is the same meaning of もみじ(momiji , 椛).
