Guess I'll just clarify the gender bender portion. In 191-205 the MC gives the girls a medicine that grows their clitoris for kicks. Queue events. However, the cat-eared girl for whatever reason doesn't react to the medicine, so he tries again with double the amount by sneaking it into a drink and offering it to her. She is suspicious of him and tells him she'll drink it if he drinks some first, so he does thinking it shouldn't have any effect on males, leading to 206-215, gender-bent-pregnant-happily-married end.

Also, it's contextual but this also has incest since the brown-haired girl is the MC's sister.
