Blue Dragon. Lawful Evil. Has a lightning breath weapon.
Polar opposite alignments and a bound pact to each other. Yeah, that's going to be an interesting relationship, all right.

The Geas rules being used here don't strictly match up to those of D&D 3.5e, but whatever. Maybe they're in a different edition, or maybe it's artistic license.
