I kinda got tired of waiting too, hence the upload. First time I ever ripped/uploaded anything ever. Hope I didn't screw it up too badly.

No signs of either Himitsu 3, nor The Great Escape 4 tankobon scans. Funny how Himitsu 4 was released digitally before 3.
