Fourth Super Real Mahjong game. Has six girls, three new ones that are main characters, and the other three are in a bonus round after completing the game. The three extra girls are Shōko from Super Real Mahjong PII and Kasumi and Miki from Super Real Mahjong PIII.

Some of these animations are just adorable.
I'd say the blue-haired chick is a total cockblocker, but seeing the cliffhanger on pic 21 I think it's fair to apply that to the whole game.
