There's a couple problems with that.

First this isn't NTR, it's just rape and mind control. The whole point of netorare was supposed to be the whole "stealing away your love, and rubbing it in your face" thing. Not only is Suguha Kirito's sister not his love, he doesn't even come in for a mention in this, meaning there isn't even the "changing the focus of affections" aspect of NTR. Hell, just look at the tag definition and you can see how poorly the term applies here.

Second, that's Sigurd, not Oberon/Sugou. I'm pretty sure he has not featured in too many doujins. A couple? Sure, probably. Dozens? definitely not.
