I'm trying to get the R version, but these were only uncensored because they were released by an American/Western localization company and sold to countries without Japan's censorship laws. The R versions were Japan only. Sorry.

Crowd made slightly higher res remakes of a few of their older games (X-Change, X-Change 2, and Kyoushi) with a few added CG scenes in order to bring them up to par with the games they were making at the time (X-Change 3). Probably has to do with the fact that X-Change and Kyoushi used really antiquated engines that couldn't even handle transparent char files.

I don't think this game had voices, only the sequels. The eroge game industry was still pretty young and they may not have had the budget for voices, which would have seemed "high tech" for an eroge game at the time.
