ENB/Camera: The Goddess ENB Configuration v2, customizable camera.
Body: CBBE TBBP, XP32 skeleton, female animation pack overwritten by XP32 new animation package.
Face: Racemenu 2.7, Fine face textures for men, Inhabitants of Skyrim male preset, the eyes of beauty, RANs headmesh type B, RANs eyeliner replacer, Pretty face, Pretty face neck patch, Better Females eyebrows, SG eyebrows.
I've overwritten some face mesh/mods, but I believe just the above mods will give you kawaii face from JP games. I chose Breton face for Yuna and nord for Lightning.

Severus jewelry and Ashara Paragon Jewelry. Body slide2 and outfit studio to edit out parts of CBBE BBP remodeled armors. I think I got bath towel, 2H-katana and other oriental stuff from:
