@Premature: Considering the series, I'd say it was both that and shockingly normal. I mean, nothing random or funny happened at all. Almost like the artist has only seen ten seconds of the anime, and some of that must have been as it was fading out to commercial.
To understand why the author *thinks* this is NTR, you have to be familiar with the series, and at the same time be able to read the text. Even then it's very hard to sympathize with the male protagonist; he isn't even shown here. The art is good but a bit unpolished too. So much wasted potential.
