It's originally a classic hentai/date-sim game/visual novel by Code Pink. It was also made into a 2 part OVA, which was eventually also dubbed in English. During its time, it was perhaps one of the best games put out by Code Pink or any other manufacturer. Aside from this, there are quite a few doujinshi parodies out there, too.
