In case some people don't figure it out, they of course never switch back. MC as the sister initially refuses to date anyone, but flashing forward to the baby being born thinks "I'm glad I got married."
In the end when they're both old, Yui asks the MC if there were any regrets: Both of them think back on their lives and say nope, none at all. It was a wonderful life.
